Pilot Composite Armoured Seat


| Ordtech has designed and developed in collaboration with
Army Aviation a composite light weight seat for pilots, aiming to provide increased
level of safety in an ever increasing threat from small calibre ground fire. The seat has been tested and qualified on Bell UH-1H Huey, Bell-212 and Puma helicopters as well as tactical transport aircraft such as C-130 and G-222. The seat meets all applicable standards and specifications: MIL-S-81771A, MIL-S-58095, MIL-STD-1333, MIL-STD-1427C, MIL-STD-810E and also FAR-28 and FAR-29 |
